Frequently asked questions
The things advertisers usually ask before their first campaign. Not covered here? Ask us directly.
How quickly can my ad go live?
Once your quote is accepted and your creative meets spec, most campaigns can be scheduled within a few business days. If your artwork needs adjustments, we'll tell you exactly what to fix.
What file formats do you accept?
Static ads: JPEG or PNG at 1920×1080 (landscape). Video ads: MP4 (H.264) at 1920×1080, typically 10–30 seconds. Screens play silently in most venues, so your ad should communicate without sound.
How do I know my ad actually played?
Our network software logs playback on every screen. You receive confirmation that your campaign ran on the screens and schedule agreed in your quote.
How long are contracts?
Campaign lengths are flexible — from short promotional runs to ongoing monthly placements. Longer commitments get better weekly rates. Specific terms are set out in your service agreement before anything goes live.
Can I change my ad mid-campaign?
Yes. One of the main advantages of digital signage is that creative can be swapped without reprinting anything. Send updated creative that meets spec and we'll rotate it in.
Are there ads you won't run?
Yes. Every ad is reviewed before airing, and we decline content that isn't appropriate for the venues hosting our screens. If we can't run your ad, we'll tell you why.
I own a business — can I host a screen instead?
We're actively adding venues. Hosting costs you nothing: we install and maintain the hardware, and your venue shares in the ad revenue. Use the request form and mention you're interested in hosting.
Do you design ads?
Our core service is placement and playback, not design. If you don't have creative, tell us what you're promoting and we'll advise on specs or point you toward simple, low-cost options for producing one.
Still have a question?
